Cash Flow Gap Calculator
Projects cash in and cash out across the next 90 days to estimate whether a shortfall is coming, how deep it runs and roughly when it would hit.

Enter cash on hand, then expected money in and money out for each 30-day window. The projection updates instantly as you type.
How to read the numbers
The projection walks three 30-day windows: what you expect to collect, what has to go out, and the balance left standing at each step. A vague sense that things feel tight becomes a specific dollar figure with a date attached, which is the difference between worrying and planning.
If a gap shows up, the number is the useful part. Covering a known $18,000 shortfall for sixty days is a very different conversation, and usually a cheaper one, than asking for as much as possible and hoping. Bring the specific number to any funding conversation you have, including one with us.

Want a real number instead of an estimate?
A calculator can only work with what you type into it. One short application lets funding providers look at your actual statements and respond with real figures, and talking it through first costs nothing.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular rate or term.
Financing options are provided by participating financing providers and are subject to their eligibility requirements, approval and terms.
