We collect information you provide directly to us and limited technical information generated when you use our website:

• Business information: legal business name, DBA, address, entity type, state of formation, industry, time in business, number of employees, and similar details about your company.
• Owner and contact information: names, titles, ownership percentages, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses of business owners and contacts you identify.
• Government identifiers: a business owner’s Social Security number or other taxpayer identification number, where a financing provider requires it to obtain a credit report in connection with your request. We never ask for this on our online application form. A member of our team requests it only when a specific provider requires it for a specific submission, and only with your authorization. It is stored encrypted, every access to it is recorded, and it is deleted automatically once your request is concluded.
• Financial information: revenue figures, deposit history, existing debt obligations, requested financing amounts, and other financial details relevant to evaluating a financing request.
• Documents: bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, formation documents, and other materials you upload in connection with an application.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and how you interact with our website.

We collect this information in order to:

• Evaluate your business financing request and assess which financing options may fit your situation.
• Match your request with third-party financing providers for their independent consideration.
• Communicate with you about your request, including status updates and requests for additional information or documentation.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We use the information described above to review financing requests for completeness, prepare and transmit submissions to financing providers, present any resulting offers to you, respond to your inquiries, and send transactional communications about your application.

We send marketing communications only if you separately opt in. Marketing consent is optional, is never a condition of applying, and can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in those communications or by contacting us.

We may also use information to detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our services and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

• Third-party financing providers: with your authorization, we share application information and supporting documents with the financing providers your request may be matched with. Each provider handles your information under its own privacy policy and practices.
• Service providers: companies that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, data storage, and email delivery, subject to obligations appropriate to the services they provide.
• As required by law: in response to lawful requests by courts, regulators, or law enforcement, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

ClickFundBiz does not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels on our public pages, including the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, which send limited information such as your device identifiers, IP address and the pages you viewed to the advertising platform so we can measure our advertising. Under California law that activity may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we describe it plainly here rather than relying on a narrower definition. You can opt out using the controls described in Cookies and Advertising below.

These advertising technologies run only on our public marketing pages and the application form. They are never loaded inside your client portal, so the platforms are not told that you are signed in, that you have an application, or anything about its contents. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age. Sharing your information with financing providers so they can evaluate the request you asked us to submit is a business purpose, not a sale.

Information is retained as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable law. Document retention schedules are published upon request.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete information. To make a request, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and certain information may be exempt from deletion where we are required to retain it.

State-specific privacy rights. Depending on where you live, state privacy law may give you additional rights. These commonly include the right to confirm whether we process personal information about you, to access a copy of it in a portable format, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. California residents may also request the categories of personal information we collected, the sources we collected it from, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the Contact section below. We will respond within the period applicable law allows. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may decline a request where an exception applies, for example where we are required to retain records. Where state law permits, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. If we decline your request and you disagree, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome and of how to contact your state attorney general if you remain unsatisfied.

Most information we handle relates to businesses and to the owners who apply on their behalf. Some state privacy laws apply only to information collected in a personal or household context and may not cover information provided for a commercial financing request.

We send text messages only to people who ask us to, and there are exactly two ways to ask. You can tick the optional text-message box on our application form, which is unchecked by default and is not required to apply. Or you can tell our team on a phone call that you would like us to text you, which a member of staff records against your file at the time.

The messages are about a financing inquiry or application you already have with us: a link to our application form after we have spoken, requests for documents or information we still need, and updates on where your file stands. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, we do not send offers of financing by text, and we do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists.

When you give text-message consent on the application form we record the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the application it belongs to, so that what you agreed to can be shown back to you. Ticking the box is optional: an application submits and is worked exactly the same way whether you tick it or leave it blank.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. A phone number you give us is shared only as described in section 4, which means with the financing providers you authorize us to approach and with the service providers who help us operate the site.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to start. Replying HELP returns our contact details. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application, and we will continue to reach you by phone or email.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate the website. We also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site.

Email we send you. Two kinds of message include a small invisible image that tells us the message was opened: an invitation to apply after a phone call, and a message a member of our team writes to you about your enquiry or your application. We use it for one purpose, which is knowing whether to follow up by phone. Mail apps that block images stop it working, and many do. We do not track which links you click in any email, we do not know whether a message reached your inbox, and nothing about your account or application changes because of it.

Every other email is untracked, including your welcome message, password resets, document requests and decisions, offers, and status updates.

Advertising measurement. Our public pages and the application form load the Meta Pixel, so we can measure whether our advertising is working. It records that a browser viewed a page, that contact details were submitted, and that an application was completed. Those last two are recorded as events only: we never pass your name, email address, phone number, business details, requested amount, uploaded documents or any other information you enter into a form to an advertising platform, and we do not use the pixel's advanced matching feature.

Our public pages and the application form also load the Google Ads tag, for the same reason. It records that a browser viewed a page, so we can measure our Google advertising and build a list of past visitors to show ads to, that contact details were submitted, and that an application was completed. As with the Meta Pixel, no name, email address, phone number, business details, requested amount, uploaded documents or other form entry is ever passed to it, and we do not use its enhanced conversions feature.

Where it does not run. No advertising technology is loaded inside your client portal. Once you are signed in and working on your application, advertising platforms receive nothing about that activity at all.

Your controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and disabling them may affect some site functionality. Most browsers also send a Global Privacy Control signal if you enable one, and you can adjust ad personalisation in your Meta account settings or your Google Ad Settings. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls that limit who can view application information, and private storage for uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; we encourage you to protect your account credentials and contact us promptly with any security concerns.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. They are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to you.
