Broker Disclosure

Last updated: [Date (set upon legal review)]

ClickFundBiz is a commercial financing broker/intermediary and is not itself the lender. ClickFundBiz may submit your information to third-party financing providers for consideration. Financing providers independently determine whether to approve an application and establish applicable rates, fees, terms and conditions.

Our Role

ClickFundBiz acts as a broker/intermediary between businesses seeking financing and third-party financing providers. We help you assemble a financing request, and we may submit it to one or more providers for their independent consideration. We do not lend money, we do not approve or decline applications, and we do not set the rates, fees, terms, or conditions of any financing product.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or any particular rate or term.

How ClickFundBiz Is Compensated

ClickFundBiz may receive compensation from financing providers and/or fees in connection with financing transactions. Compensation details are disclosed as required by applicable law and, where applicable, in your financing offer documents.

Working Directly with Financing Providers

If a financing provider extends an offer, the final terms of that financing, including the amount, rate or cost, fees, repayment schedule, and any required agreements, come directly from the provider. You will work directly with the provider to review, finalize, and sign your financing documents, and any financing agreement is between you and that provider. We encourage you to:

  • Read every offer document carefully, including all cost and fee disclosures, before signing.
  • Ask the provider directly about anything that is unclear, including total repayment cost and prepayment treatment.
  • Consult your own financial, legal, or tax advisors before entering into any financing transaction.

State-Specific Disclosures

Certain states have commercial financing disclosure laws that require specific disclosures in connection with commercial financing offers or broker services. Where those laws apply to a transaction, the required disclosures will be provided as applicable law directs.
